Programs
We are committed to breaking the period taboo and ensuring Black and Brown girls, women, and people who menstruate have healthy menstrual cycles and become agents of change in their communities. We do this work through evidence-based menstrual health education, intergenerational community conversations, resource connection, and mentorship.
We install free period product dispensers at local schools, shelters, and community organizations.
We partner with communities to provide equitable and sustainable menstrual education and period products in the U.S., Liberia, Gambia, Nigeria, Haiti, Kenya, and Sao Tome and Principe.
A youth program designed to empower girls and young women to understand, embrace, and love their menstrual cycles.

SistaDocs
We facilitate monthly period conversations led by Black and Brown physicians and public health professions for adults discussing all things related to reproductive health, such as: fibroids, endometriosis, menopause, PCOS, vaginal care, period pain, skin care, endocrine disrupting chemicals in beauty products, and more.

Love Your Menses’ Menstrual Wellness Retreat is a safe and healing space for girls and their parents/guardians to rest, engage in meaningful dialogue about reproductive health, share period stories, build sisterhood, prioritize their wellness, and get access to the resources they need to
flow through life, unapologetically!
