Understanding and Embracing My Flow Workshop
We offer virtual and in-person menstrual wellness education workshops at schools and community-based settings. We aim to provide a safe and welcoming space for young girls to learn about the menstrual cycle and explore their journey into adolescence while sharing their experiences with peers. Our goal is to create a safe and uplifting space to dispel myths surrounding menstruation while empowering individuals to love their menses, through:
Inclusive and open group discussions that give each member an opportunity to share any concerns and ask questions that others may relate to
Educational workshops with healthcare professionals that provide accurate and scientific-based information regarding puberty and menstrual health
Engaging activities that provide a time for self-reflection and evaluation
